Low Price Guarantee
We're confident that ABLAQ's hotel rates are the lowest rates online. If you book an ABLAQ prepaid hotel rate and then find the same room, in the same hotel, for the same dates, at a lower price online within 24 hours, we'll refund the difference.

Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions:
The Low Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying hotel room purchase through the ablaq.com web site. Qualifying purchase must include a minimum purchase of one [1] night.
If you find a lower retail or prepaid rate for the same hotel, room type, and check-in and check-out dates on any other Web site within 24 hours following your confirmed reservation, ABLAQ will refund the difference.
To submit a refund request, send an email within 24 hours of your Orbitz purchase to LowerPrice@ABALQ.com containing the following information:
1. Booking confirmation number
2. Name
3. Email address of your ABALQ account
4. Telephone number (including area code)
5. Hotel Name
6. Dates of hotel stay
7. Room type
8. Check-in and check-out dates
9. Rate quoted
10. Complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower rate you found online for the same dates and hotel room type you purchased on ABLAQ.com
ABLAQ will contact you via email. If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, we will request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower on-line rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.

Upon verification of the lower online rate, ABLAQ will refund the difference to the credit card you used to purchase the hotel room in approximately 7 - 10 business days.

The Low Price Guarantee applies only to on-line rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, AARP, AAA, military, government, or convention rates.

The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, rooms purchased through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or transferred or rooms purchased on websites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel until your reservation is complete (such as Hotwire and Priceline).

The Low Price Guarantee applies to the rate for room nights only. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals, or entertainment are not eligible.
ABLAQ reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information. ABLAQ will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Low Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by ABLAQ or the hotel or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to the rate.

These Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions include and incorporate by reference the standard ABLAQ Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire understanding between you and ABLAQ relating to your hotel purchase.

Void where prohibited by law. ABLAQ reserves the right to modify or cancel the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the ABLAQ.com web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the Low Price Guarantee and the Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the ABLAQ.com web site.
